  Sustainable and high-quality development of enterprises
  Party committees and governments at all levels are highly concerned
  On March 17, Chen Yiqin, Secretary of Guizhou Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, went to CNGR's western industrial base for research. O; on July 19, Xu Dazhe, then- Secretary of Hunan Provincial Party Committee, and his entourage came to CNGR's central industrial base tofor research on the high-quality development of enterprises and other work. O; on September 7, Lu Xinshe, then- Secretary of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Party Committee and Director of the Standing Committee of the Autonomous Region People's Congress, investigated CNGR's southern industrial base. On September 24, Xu Lejiang, Vice Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Group and Executive Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and his entourage investigated CNGR's central industrial base. 

  Since the beginning of this year, with the great concern and support of national ministries and commissions, and party committees and governments at all levels in Guizhou, Hunan, Guangxi, etc., the company's scientific and technological research and development, production and operation, base construction and other work have been carried out in an orderly manner and made major breakthroughs.

  Choral competition to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party
  Singing the hymn of the grand march of national rejuvenation
  On the evening of June 30, CNGR held a chorus competition to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Party. All CNGR people reviewed the magnificent and glorious history of the Communist Party of China over the past hundred years since its establishment and wished the great Party to lead the Chinese people to a fantastic journey and a new era.
  A red song dedicated to the Party, and people were hand in hand for a new journey. In 2021, CNGR's party-building work was flourishing and fruitful. On June 25, Hunan CNGR Advanced Energy Party Committee was formally established and won the "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization" title in Ningxiang City that month.

  Behind a great success is a great organization. Standing at the historical intersection of the "two hundred years" goal, all CNGR people are always grateful.   Going to Indonesia
  A critical step in industrial synergy and globalization strategy
  CNGR signed a joint venture agreement with RIGQUEZA INTERNATIONAL PTE. in April this year for the project of producing 30,000 tons of high ice nickel containing nickel metal per year from laterite nickel smelting (Indonesia), and established a joint venture company, CNGR QING Advanced Energy Co. This is an important strategic project for CNGR to promote internationalization and consolidate resource security. The Indonesian project team completed the formation in the same month and set out overseas. As a result, the Indonesian industrial base was opened, which is CNGR's first overseas and marks a crucial step on the road to internationalization.

  In November, based on the continued optimism of the nickel laterite smelting high ice nickel industry, the company again invested more. The total investment in the Indonesia project increased to 660 million U.S. dollars, the project plans to complete the annual production capacity of nickel laterite smelting high ice nickel-containing nickel metal 60,000 tons. It will provide reliable resource security for the development of CNGR, continue to optimize the supply of raw materials, build upstream and downstream industries synergistic integration of the development pattern, which is of great strategic significance.

  Investment in Korea and Finland
  The company's globalization strategy achieved milestones
  CNGR signed a Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation with SungEel Hitech Co. in November, which will establish a comprehensive cooperation relationship at the level of recycling, wet metallurgy and precursors; on December 13, CNGR  signed an investment agreement with Finland Battery Chemicals Co. The annual production scale will not exceed 20,000 tons of Finland’s high nickel ternary precursor production base. 

  Internationalization is the general trend of industry development and the inevitable requirement to respond to global customers. Moreover, CNGR is determined to become the world's most valuable comprehensive service provider of new energy materials. Since this year, CNGR has accelerated the global industry chain synergy and overseas layout, which will build the strong core competitiveness.

  Southern industrial base sets new industry construction record
  CNGR enters the era of "three-base production
  From March 30, when the construction of the southern industrial base started to December 10, when it was officially put into operation, thousands of CNGR people and builders created the CNGR speed of "settling in the year, starting construction in the year and putting into operation in the year" on the shore of Beibu Gulf.Shortly, this new modern production base with a total investment of 10 billion yuan, covering an area of about 1,500 acres, and an annual output of 180,000 tons of ternary precursor materials, will amaze the world!

  Meanwhile, the central and western industrial bases are accelerating the construction progress, improving facilities, and expanding production capacity. With the commissioning of the southern industrial base, CNGR has officially entered the era of "three-base production".

  Ten billion investment layout lithium iron phosphate industry
  Diversified development to meet diversified needs
  On December 9, CNGR announced that the company will invest in Kaiyang County, Guizhou Province proposed to build an annual output of 200,000 tons of iron phosphate and lithium iron phosphate material production line integration project. At the same time, CNGR wil make supporting mine mining in the industrial park to match product demand fully.

  The preparation of this project is a response to the requirements of national ministries and commissions, in line with national policy guidance. Completing the lithium iron phosphate materials business layout through the project's construction further improves CNGR's product line. It is also an important step to maintain core competitiveness, a stable industry position, and sustainable business development.

  CNGR's scientific research leaders attended the National Congress of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology
  On May 28, the 20th Congress of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the 15th Congress of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and the 10th National Congress of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology were held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of the State and Chairman of the Central Military Commission, attended the congress and delivered an important speech. As the representative of national science and technology workers, Yin Shuo, president of CNGR Research Institute, was invited to attend the conference.

      Since this year, all CNGR R&D people have been devoted to research and development, strengthening original and leading scientific and technological innovation, accelerating the key core technology of the industry, building an advanced energy material research and development plateau, and striving unremittingly for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country and the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

  On June 4, the Ternary precursor VIII workshop of the western industrial base, which integrates the latest product requirements of Ningde Times, was officially put into operation. This workshop is designed by CNGR, focusing on the global industrial strategic layout and the inherent needs of customers. It is a benchmark project created by CNGR to implement the vital management strategy of "customer first, cooperation and win-win".

  Since this year, thanks to the continuous output of high-end products, CNGR has accelerated the process of high-end customer strategy, so the customer structure has become more high-quality, the core products have further penetrated  the global market, and stable and in-depth cooperation relationships have been established with many domestic and foreign first-class enterprises. ,CNGR will return to customers with more excellent product quality and quality service levels In the future.

  Inject vitality into the industry
  On October 25th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology announced the List of Pilot Demonstration Projects for the Integration Development of New Generation Information Technology and Manufacturing Industry in 2021, among which the Industrial Control System Industrial Capability Improvement Project of Hunan CNGR Advanced Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully selected. The successful selection of this project indicates that CNGR's  digital transformation has achieved phased results and intelligent manufacturing has entered a new stage. 

  In 2021, CNGR adhered to the four modernizations strategy of "internationalization of strategy, modernization of governance, digitalization of management and professionalization of employees". Among them, digitalization has become an essential strategy of the company. At present, the network has been upgraded, and the data acquisition system and video AI compliance monitoring system have been established and improved.The deep integration of manufacturing and information technology has been realized, and the core system of intelligent manufacturing has been built, which helps to make production intelligent, automatic and unmanned.   Year of Talent Development and Organizational Building

  On the afternoon of March 8, CNGR held a special meeting on human resource construction, and Deng Weiming, Chairman and President of CNGR, attended the meeting and delivered an important speech, identifying 2021 as CNGR's "Year of Talent Cultivation and Organizational Construction". Since then, CNGR's human resource system has started a comprehensive top-down  improvement. Under the guidance of a more scientific talent concept, the company organized to develop talent channels such as "special exchange of high-end talents, vocational colleges and universities, and joint introduction of government departments". The number of personnel introduced reached a historical peak to better meet business needs.

  In terms of school recruitment, the number of students enrolled in the 2021 CNGR Eagle Training Camp reached a record high, six times that of last year. More "fresh blood" took up positions through professional training and gradually became the backbone of CNGR's continuous and rapid development.
